Today Seb – probably already one of your favourites (baristas not drink 😉 ) – will share this awesome Guji Negroni recipe with you. The perfect lingering finish of your pre-christmas week.

GUJI NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS
 
Gin 
Sweet vermouth
Campari 
filter coffee rock (Use delicate coffee like Ethiopia Guji)
 
METHOD
 
Place coffee rock in low ball glass 
add 30ml of Gin
add 30ml of sweet vermouth
add 30ml of Campari 
Stir with a bar spoon and garnish with a small squeeze of orange juice and an orange twist.
